Vectary Canvas subscription plans and credits are made available immediately after purchase. If applicable law gives you a statutory withdrawal right, requesting instant access at checkout may affect that right, including causing you to lose it where permitted by law. Where the right remains, any refund will be reduced proportionately to reflect services supplied before withdrawal, including the value of credits consumed.

A workspace is where your Vectary content is stored and organized, including Canvas and Studio projects. Features available in a workspace depend on its plan.

The workspace owner is responsible for the subscription, payment method, seats, and credits used in that workspace. Managers may add or remove seats and top up credits, which can create additional charges on the linked payment method.

You can invite members from Workspace settings by entering their email address and assigning a role. Invited members receive an email notification to join the workspace. For larger teams or custom setups, please contact Sales.

No. Invited members do not need their own Vectary subscription. The workspace owner pays for the seats and credits used in that workspace.

Invited members can access workspace content based on their assigned role. They may also use the workspace’s credits when using AI-powered features.

Credits are used for AI-powered actions and generative presets. Different actions may use different amounts of credits depending on the complexity of the task. Each generation reduces your remaining balance by the amount displayed when you initiate it, or by 30 credits if no amount is displayed.

Some subscription plans include a monthly allocation of credits that expire at the end of each month and do not roll over. A new allocation becomes available at the beginning of the next monthly period. You can also purchase extra credits if you have Starter or Team plan, which are typically valid for 90 days or for the period stated at purchase. Monthly credits are used before extra credits. If you cancel your subscription, any unused credits remain available until the end of your current billing period, when they expire.

AI-powered features become unavailable once the workspace runs out of credits. You can continue using Studio and Canvas features that do not consume credits, or purchase extra credits.

Credits require an active paid workspace plan. If the subscription is discontinued, unused credits are lost.

A project with a public link can be viewed by anyone, even without a workspace seat. Each public view is counted, including views from the creator, workspace members, and AR views.

Yes. Subscription plans renew automatically until canceled. Extra credit top-ups are not recurring and are charged only when purchased.

To cancel your subscription, navigate to the "Workspace settings" in your account. From there, click on the "Billing" tab. Within the Billing section, you will find the option to cancel your plan. Depending on the plan you have, some cancellations may require contacting your Customer Success Manager or our Support team. Once you cancel the subscription, your workspace plan will be disabled at the end of your billing period, and any projects within this workspace will no longer be available for editing or viewing.

To cancel your Vectary Canvas subscription, click the V icon in the top left corner of Canvas, then click the gear icon in the top right corner to open "Workspace settings." In the "Billing" tab, open the three-dot menu and select "Cancel subscription." Once you cancel, your plan will remain active until the end of your billing period, and any remaining credits can be used until then.

If the plan is not renewed, the workspace will be locked. You will no longer be able to edit or access its content, and public links or embeds from that workspace will become unavailable.

Yes. The Pro AI plan has a $1M annual revenue cap. For larger companies, the Business plan is designed for greater scalability, security, and custom requirements.
